This Privacy Policy explains how ROONEY MAPLECREST RETAIL LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with job preference submissions, opportunity alerts, this website, and related communications.
Information we may collect
When a production submission service is enabled, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, preferred role or field, preferred location, work arrangement, schedule preferences, experience information you choose to provide, message content, and records of your consent and messaging interactions.
The current static website version validates entries locally in the browser and does not transmit or store the entered form contents. Live collection must not begin until a separate consent-recording service is connected.
How we may use information
Information may be used to maintain your stated job preferences, identify opportunities that may align with those preferences, send requested job opportunity alerts, respond when you request details, provide support, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal, carrier, and messaging requirements.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers that process messaging solely on our behalf, when needed to provide the requested service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Opportunity information
Providing preferences or receiving an alert does not guarantee employment, an interview, an offer, or the continued availability of any role. Opportunity details may change and should be independently reviewed before you act on them.
Service providers
We may use contracted providers for website hosting, security, communications, messaging delivery, and operational support. They may process information only for services performed on our behalf and may not use SMS opt-in data for independent marketing.
Retention and security
